Description
Pula is the largest city of the Istrian county, located on the southwestern part of the Istrian peninsula in a well-protected bay, with a very rich history, dating back to the Roman period. The most famous landmarks are the Arch of Sergius, Hercules Gate, Double Gate, Golden Gate and the Pula Amphitheater (Arena), which witnessed many gladiatorial battles, whose history can still be felt today by looking at that magnificent building.
This agricultural land of 3217 m2 is located in a prime location. There is a neat 4 m wide access road leading to the plot, and it is located in a quiet place, but not far from the city. The land is very fertile and a variety of vegetables and tangerines used to be grown on it, which brought an abundant harvest, which tells us about the quality of the land. Grass now grows on it, which can be easily removed for further processing, and the terrain is flat, which makes it easier to access and work with agricultural machinery. The property is suitable for growing vegetables, orchards, olive groves, vineyards and cereals. Next to the land there is a water well for watering if needed and an electricity connection with its own electricity meter.
The land is very attractive because it is located in a quiet location, but near the city and already has water connections, that is, a water well and electricity. It is perfect for growing various agricultural crops, where you would have a safe harvest, and access to the property is very easy.
